  Khoya or Mawa ( کھویا یا ماوا ) is an important and very useful ingredient of many desserts and sweats. Add 1/2 Tea Spoon of salt when milk boils.   3. Now boil further on low to medium flame.   4. Keep on boiling till it reduced to solid condition.   5.
