Lahsan Tamatar Ke Chatpatti Chatni | Tomato & Garlic Sauce Recipe by MHK

 

 

 

 

A traditional, homemade and easy Tomato Garlic Sauce (لہسن ٹماٹر کی چٹنی) for #MHK viewers. This sauce (Lahsan Adrak Ke chatni) is a must-try recipe to enjoy its unique taste. Watch till end to learn some tips for making this delicious delicacy.

 

Ingredients:

Mustard Oil/Sarson Ka Tail (سرسوں کا تیل): 2 Table Spoons

Salt/Namak (نمک): 1 Tea Spoon

Tomato/Tamatar (ٹماٹر): 3X (Medium size)

Garlic Bulb/Lahsan (لہسن): 1X

Green Chili/Sabz Mirch (سبز مرچ): 2X (Fine Cut)

Kashmiri Chili/Kashmiri Lal Mirch (لال مرچ): 1X (Fine Cut)

Cumin Seeds/Safaid Zeera (سفید زیرہ): 1 Tea Spoon

Onion/Pyaz (پیاز): 2X (Medium size, fine cut)

Green Coriander/Hara Dhanya (ہرا دھنیا): Hand Full

Green Mint/Hara Podina (سبز پودینہ): Hand Full

Lemon ka Rass (لیموں کا رس): 3 Table Spoons

Procedure:

1. Pour oil in cooking pan

تیل کو پکانے والے برتن میں ڈالا

2. Sprinkle partial amount of salt

تھوڑا سا نمک ابھی ڈال دیا

3. Mix salt in oil

نمک کو تیل میں مکس کر لیں

4. When oil become hot place tomato in organize form

جب تیل گرم ہوا تو ترتیب سے ٹماٹر رکھ لیے

5. Sprinkle the left over salt

باقی رہ جانے والے نمک کو اس پر چھڑک لیں

6. Steam cook for 5 minutes on low flame

5 منٹ کے لیے ہلکی آنچ پر دم پر لگا دیں

7. Move the pan during the steam cook

دم کے دوران برتن کو ٹھوڑا ہلاتے رہیں

8. Remove the peel and change the sides

ٹماٹر کے چھلکے اتار لیں اور ان کی ہیئت تبدیل کرتے رہیں

9. Mix well with spoon

چمچ سے اچھی طرح مکس کر لیں

10. Use masher for well mixing

میشر سے اچھی طرح مزید مکس کر لیں

11. Shift in a bowl

برتن میں منتقل کر لیں

12. Mix all the ingredients

تمام اجزا کو اچھی طرح مکس کر لیں
