Ingredients:

1. Orange (مالٹے): 12X
2. Orange Juice (مالٹے کا رس): 4 Cups
3. Sugar (چینی): 4 Cups
4. Zest (مالٹے کے چھلکے کا برادہ): 1 Cup
5. Lemon Juice (لیموں کا رس): 2 Table Spoons

Procedure:

1. Get the zest of orange through fine side of grater (Only Yellow portion)
2. Cut oranges in eight equal parts, remove seeds & peel carefully.
3. Blend these oranges by adding a half cup of water.
4. Strain the whole juice to purify.
5. Pour Juice in cooking pan, add in sugar & let it boil on medium to high flame.
6. Add zest, mix well and stir continuously to avoid lumps.
7. Add lemon juice when it is near to cook position.
8. After 5 minutes to check the readiness of jam pour a little in a pot & let it cool.
9. After 2 minutes check the consistency, if the batter is floe then cook it more.
10. When the batter is firm at its position, means ready.
11. Let it cool and transfer it in suitable container to use accordingly.
