Ingredients:
- Chicken (چکن): 3 pieces, cut into quarters
- Salt/Namak (نمک): 1.5 tablespoons + 1 teaspoon
- White Vinegar/Safaid Sirka (سفید سرکہ): 1/2 cup
- Coriander/Dhanya Powder (دھنیا پائوڈر): 2 tablespoons
- Chilli Flakes/Darra Mirch (دڑا مرچ): 1.5 tablespoons
- Mix Spices/Garam Masala Powder (گرم مصالحہ پائوڈر): 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric/Haldi Powder (ہلدی پائوڈر): 1/2 teaspoon
- Black Pepper/Kali Mirch Powder (کالی مرچ پائوڈر): 1/2 teaspoon
- Lemon Juice (لیموں کا رس): 3 tablespoons
- Vanaspati/Ghee (گھی): 1.5 tablespoons
Procedure:
- Prepare the Chicken: Wash and make cuts on each piece.
- Marinate: Mix vinegar and salt, marinate the chicken, and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Steam: Strain the chicken, place in a pot, and steam each side for 5 minutes.
- Spice Mix: Adjust spices to taste and mix all ingredients to make a thick marinade.
