Ingredients:

1. Icing Sugar (پسی ہوئی چینی): 1.5 Cup (300 Grams)

2. Butter (مکھن): 1 Cup (200 Grams)

3. Fresh Orange Juice (مالٹے کا رس): 4 Table Spoon

4. Orange Zest (پسا ہوا مالٹے کا چھلکا): 1 Table Spoon

5. Orange Icing Colour (مالٹائی رنگ): 1/2 Tea Spoon

6. Vanilla Essence(ونیلا خوشبو) : 1/2 Tea Spoon

Procedure:

1. Put the butter (semi hard form) in a bowl & beat at low speed initially.

 

2. When texture become creamy & whitish, add icing sugar gradually & beat.

 

3. Add Orange Juice as well to reduce the consistency and beat again.

 

4. Add jell food colour and mix well.

 

5. Add 2 table spoons of milk and mix it gradually as well.

 

6. Add vanilla essence & Orange zest to blend well.

 

 

 

Tip-1: Keep the cream in refrigerator of at least half an hour prior to use.
