1. Eggs: 6X (Hard Boil)
2. Butter (مکھن): 100 Grams
3. Chili Flakes (کٹے ہوئی لال مرچ): 1 Tea Spoon
4. Paprika Powder (پیپریکا پائوڈر): 1/2 Tea Spoon
5. Salt (نمک): 1/2 Tea Spoon
6. Dry Mint Leaves (خشک دھنیا): 2 Table Spoons

Procedure:

1. Transfer butter in cooking pan & let it melt on low to medium flame.
2. Add in the spices one by one & cook them till there smell is felt.
3. When cooked, take out a little amount of gravy in a bowl for later use.
4. Carefully place the eggs from one side & steam cook for 2 minutes.
5. Remove the lid, change sides of eggs & again steam cook for 2 minutes.
6. Now pour already taken out amount of gravy on the eggs.
7. Lastly sprinkle left over dry mint leaves & cover with lid for a while.
