It is an interesting and energetic recipe. Let us have a look of its making/preparation or cooking in MHK’s own style. We are going to make it in simple, easy and quick way to add an interesting main course meal dish:

Ingredients:

Fenugreek (میتھی): 250 Grams (Fine cut & properly washed)
Wheat Flour (گندم کا آٹا): 750 Grams
All Purpose Flour (میدہ): 1 Cup
Water (پانی): Some Amount
Chili Flakes (کٹی ہوئی لال مرچ): 3 Tea Spoons
Salt (نمک): 3 Tea Spoons
Coriander (دھنیا) Powder: 3 Tea Spoons
Fresh Mint (ہرا دھنیا) Leaves: 3 Tea Spoons
Green Chili (سبز مرچ): 4~5X (Fine cut)

Procedure:

1. Mix well all the ingredients without water.
2. After that kneed it by adding water & leave at rest for 15~20 minutes.
3. Make medium boughs and make paratha of desired shape and size.
4. Apply oil/Vanaspati on griddle and cook the paratha on it.
5. Repeat step-3 for some another shape of paratha.
6. Repeat step-4 for another paratha and so on.
