much helpful for beginners. Butter Cream is a type of cream among
different creams used for cake frosting. Let us see how it is made at
home in very simple and quick way without use of many ingredients.

Ingredients

Butter: 400 Grams (For 4 Pounds Cake)
Icing Sugar (powder form): 200 grams or 1+1/2 Tea Cup
Fresh Milk: 1/4 Cup (Hot)
Vanilla Essence: 1/2 Tea Spoon

Procedure
*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-
1st Step: Pour the hot milk in a bowl and mix it with icing sugar
thoroughly.
Step-2: Beat the butter with beater to convert it from cubes to creamy.
Step-3: Mix the icing sugar+milk mixture with butter through beater
slowly & gradually to make the whole batter uniform & creamy.
Step-4: Add vanilla essence in the creamy dough & again beat it.
Step-5: When batter become soft and smooth it means it is ready.
Tips:-
Tip-1: That liquid mixture should be cold.
Tip-2 Butter should be neither melted nor should freeze rather be
chilled.
Tip-3: Use of any colour is of your choice.
