Frosting of Cake with Whipped Cream


An interesting video of the baking related recipes' series and will be very much helpful for beginners. Butter Cream is a type of cream among different creams used for cake frosting.

Let us see how it is made at home in very simple and quick way without use of many ingredients.

Step-1: Cut the cake into two equal halves.

Step-2: Sugar Syrup: Made with 2 Table Spoon Sugar + 5~6 Table Spoon Milk.

Step-3: Apply this syrup on sponge to make it soft.

Step-4: Make a thin layer of whip cream to make the surface smooth.

Step-5: Sprinkle some chocolate chips to enhance the taste. (Optional)

Step-6: Gently place second half on the first one.

Step-7: Apply a layer of sugar syrup again.

Step-8: Than a layer of whipped cream to cover the crumbs.

Step-9: Apply some amount of whipped cream to make the surface of whole cake even.

Step-10: Apply some sprinkles on the sides of cake to decorate it (your choice).

Step-11: As it is a two tyre cake therefore place the smaller on the bigger.

Step-12: Now make flowers or designs further of your own choice.
