Soups are very much liked all over the world not only because of its taste but also for its numerous benefits for heath and seasonal requirements and Chicken Corn Soup is one of them. A very simple but very much tasty recipe and liked by the people of all age groups.
Let us have a look of its making/preparation or cooking in MHK’s own style. We are going to cook it in simple, easy and quick way to add an interesting main course meal dish:
Ingredients:
Chicken (مرغی کا گوشت): 1 Kg
Green Cardamom (سبز الائچی) : 3~4X
Cinnamon (دار چینی) : 2~3 Strips
Bay Leaf (تیز پات) : 1X
Clove (لونگ) : 4~5X
Black Pepper (کالی مرچ) : 10~15X
Black Cardamom (کالی الائچی) : 1X
Garlic (لہسن): 8~10X
Ginger (ادرک): 2 Pieces
Onion (پیاز): 1X
Tomato (ٹماٹر): 2~3X (Medium size)
Carrot (گاجر): 7~8X Pieces
Green Chili (ہری مرچ): 3~4 (roughly chopped)
Green Coriander (ہرا دھنیا) : 1/2 Cup
Salt (نمک): 1 Table Spoon
Sweat Corns (سویٹ کارن) : 200 Grams
Black Pepper (کالی مرچ) : 1 Tea Spoon
White Vinegar (سفید سرکہ) : 2~3 Table Spoon
Eggs (انڈہ) : 2X
Procedure:
Step-1: Pour these ingredients in a pot along with 15~16X glass of water and let them boil at medium to high flame and after that at low flame till mixture become saturated...
Step-2: After 40 to 50 minutes stoke is ready now strain it and make the meat pieces into very small size
Step-3: Now again put the stock on medium flame and let it boil, When it starts boiling add different ingredients one by one as chicken's meat pieces, sweat corns, black pepper, vinegar, Eggs and cook
Step-4: When require density of mixture is attained off the flame and serve accordingly.
