Asaan or Mazaydar Aloo Pulao | Easy & Delicious Aloo bulao Recipe | MHK

Ingredients:

Cooking Oil/Khanay Ka Tail (کھانے کا تیل): 1 Cup

Potato/Aloo (آلو): 4~5X (Medium Size in Cube Cut)

Whole Mix Spices/Sabat Garam Masala Powder (گرم مصالحہ پائوڈر): 1~2 Table Spoons

Onion/Pyaz (پیاز): 3X (Medium Size, Slice Cut)

Ginger+Garlic/Lahsan+Adrak Paste (لہسن اور ادرک کا پیسٹ): 1 Table Spoon

Tomato/Tamatar (ٹماٹر): 3X (Medium Size, Mashed)

Salt/Namak (نمک): 1 Table Spoons

Coriander/Dhanya Powder (دھنیا پائوڈر): 2 Table Spoons

Chili Flakes/Dara Mirch (کُٹی ہوئی لال مرچ): 2 Table Spoons

Turmeric/Haldi Powder (ہلدی پائوڈر): 1/2 Tea Spoon

Dry Plum/Khushk Aloo Bukhara (خشک آلو بخارا): 5~6X

Water/Pani (پانی): 6 Glass

Cumin Seeds/Zeera Powder (زیرہ پائوڈر): 1 Table Spoon

Rice/Chawal (چاول): 4 Glass/1 Kg

Lemon Juice/Lemon ka Rass (لیموں کا رس): 3~4X

Green Chili/Hari Mirch (ہری مرچ): 5~6X (Different Colour)

Yellow Food Colour/Zarda Rang (زردہ رنگ): 1~2 Table Spoon(s)

 

Procedure:

1. Add in potato in hot oil & fry till turn to light brown

گرم تیل میں آلو ڈال کر ہلکا برائون ہونے تک پکائیں

2. Fry onion till turn to brown

پیاز برائون کر لیں

3. Fry Ginger & Garlic paste till smell is felt

خوشبو آنے تک لہسن ادرک کے پیسٹ کو بھون لیں

4. Add in tomatoes & cook till become tender

ٹماٹر ڈال کر نرم ہونے تک پکا لیں

5. Add in dry spices and mix them well

اب اسے مٹی کی ہانڈی میں منتقل کریں

6. Give a splash of water

پانی کا چھینٹا دیں

7. Pour water when oil is released

پانی شامل کریں جب آئل مصالحے میں نظر آنے لگے

8. Cover till the water is boiled

پانی کے ابلنے تک ڈھکن لگا دیں

9. Mix cumin seeds a little

زیرہ ڈال کر تھوڑا سا مکس کریں

10. Add in soaked rice & mix a little

بھیگے ہوئے چاول ڈال کر مکس کر لیں

11. Cover with lid till rice are boiled

چاولوں کے ابلنے تک ڈھکن لگا دیں

12. Add in fried potato & mix well

فرائی کیے ہوئے آلو ڈال کر مکس کر لیں

13. Pour lemon juice & also mix well

لیموں کا رس شامل کر کے مکس کر لیں

14. Add in some fresh chilies

کچھ ہری مرچیں بھی ڈال دیں

15. Pour some amount of yellow food colour

تھوڑی سی مقدار زرد رنگ کی شامل کر لیں

16. Steam cook for 15 to 20 minutes

پندرہ سے بیس منٹ کے لیے دم پر لگا دیں

17. Mix a little after steam is released

بھاپ نکلنے کے بعد تھوڑا سا مکس کر لیں

18. Serve to guests accordingly
