Peanut Butter Cream (بھنی ہوئی مونگ پھلی) making is an economical, healthy homemade recipe and very useful in different recipes. It can be used as bread filling or toping of cakes etc. Here #MHK is going to display its making in such a way that everyone could prepare it easily and use it in routine life. Now let’s see what the required ingredients are and how to make this simple, easy, quick and delicious/tasty recipe in our kitchen at home.

Ingredients:

1. Peanut (Roasted & Salted) (): 200 Grams

2. Olive Oil (): 2X Table Spoons (Simple cooking oil can also be used as alternate)

3. Brown Jaggery Powder (): 2 Tea Spoon (White sugar can also be used as alternate)

4. Salt (نمک): Suitable Quantity

Procedure:

1. Transfer peanuts in the grinder & grind them well.

2. Reasonable amount of oil has been released in this process.

3. Add in salt, jaggery powder & mix well.

4. Although there is not as such need of oil.

5. But to make a smooth cream add in a tea spoon of olive oil & mix well.

6. Add a little more amount of olive oil to make the paste batter.

 

Tip-1: Normal cooking oil can also be used by heating once before.

Tip-2: Normal sugar can also be used or can be skipped.
