Orange cake frosting

 

Another video of the baking related recipes' series and will be very much helpful for beginners. Here we are going to prepare an orange flavour cake with orange sponge, orange cream and orange glaze. Let us see how it is made at home in very simple and quick way without use of many ingredients.

Whip cream: 500 ml

1. Cut the sponge into equal halves through tooth pick and thread.

 

2. Remove the tooth picks first.

 

3. Apply butter cream on the first half & level it with icing knife.

 

4. To give a better taste apply mirror glaze syrup.

 

5. Place the second half on first one and cut the edges to level the cube.

 

6. Repeat the Step-3 for top and sides of the sponge.

 

7. After applying coting refrigerate for 30 minutes.

 

8. Now pour mirror glaze syrup and level it with icing knife.

 

9. Now freeze it for 10 minutes (approximately) for next step.

 

10. Fill the butter cream in icing gun and make designs of your choice.

 

11. To give contrast look place red cherries on the cake.
