Spiced Tea ( مصالحہ چائے) is a very healthy recipe and here we are going to display it with alternative solutions in such a manner that everyone could made it easily. Ingredients:

1. Water (پانی): 1+1/2 Mug
2. Milk (دودھ): 1 Mug
3. Sugar (چینی): 3 Tea Spoon
4. Tea (چائے کی پتی): 3 Tea Spoon
5. Star Anise (بادیان کا پھول): 1X
6. Cinnamon Stick (دار چینی): 1X
7. Clove (لونگ): 3X
8. Green Cardamom (سبز الائچی): 2X (in broken form)

Procedure:

1. Pour water & fennel seeds in a pot, boil on medium to high flame.
2. Cover with lid and let it boil for 5 to 10 minutes.
3. When aroma of the spices is felt add milk & sugar.
4. Mix well and let it boil.
5. Now add tea, mix well and let it for first boil on medium to high flame.
6. After that turn the flame low to medium, mix again.
7. After second boil turn the flame off and steam cook for two minutes.
Tip-1: Quantity of water is more as it evaporates while boiling.
Tip-2: Never add tea in cold water as it may not release its colour.
Tip-3: Stir continuously while mixing & boiling.
