Fenugreek (میتھی) & Spinach (پالک) recipe is a combine source of mainly iron and proteins nutrients hence become an energetic recipe. Let us have a look of its making/preparation or cooking in MHK’s own style. We are going to make it in simple, easy and quick way to add an interesting main course meal dish:
Ingredients:
Fenugreek (میتھی): 3 Bunch
Spinach (پالک): 2 Bunch
Green Coriander (ہرا دھنیا): 1/2 Bunch (All are properly washed)
Onion (پیاز): 2X (Medium size, roughly chopped)
Vanaspati (گھی): 4 Table Spoon
Tomato (ٹماٹر): 2X (Medium Size & Fine cut)
Salt (نمک): 1 Tea Spoon (As per taste)
Chili Flakes (): 1+1/2 Tea Spoon (As per taste)
Green Chili (سبز مرچ) : 4X (Cut in length & Fine Cut equally)
Procedure:
1: Place cooking pot on medium flame, pour ghee and let it melt.
2: Add onion, fry till it turns into light golden.
3: Add green vegetables, mix well and cook till its water is dried.
4: Add tomatoes, salt and chili flakes with each other.
5: Pour them on vegetables, mix well & steam cook for 5 minutes.
6: Cook further on medium to high flame till water is dried (10 minutes almost).
7: Add green chilies, mix a little and steam cook for five minutes.
8. Off the flame and serve accordingly.
