KhashKhash Tea


Khash Khaash Tea ( خشخاش کی چائے) is a very healthy & energetic recipe and here we are going to display it with alternative solutions in such a manner that everyone could made it easily. Ingredients:

1. Water (پانی): 3.5 Cups

2. Milk (دودھ): 3 Cups

3. Sugar (چینی): 3 Tea Spoon

4. Jaggery (): 3 Tea Spoons

5. Tea leaves (چائے کی پتی): 6 Tea Spoon

6. Poppy Seeds (خشخاش): 3 Tea Spoons

Procedure:

1. Pour water in cooking pot, add poppy seeds & boil on medium to high flame.

 

2. Cover with lid and let it boil on medium to high flame for 5 to 10 minutes.

 

3. After 5 minutes when boils beat a little, add tea leaves, mix or beat well.

 

4. When colour of tea leaves is released, add milk after 2nd boil and mix well.

 

5. Add sugar, mix well and let it for first boil.

 

6. As soon as it boils add jaggery, mix/beat well for the first boil.

 

7. After second boil turn the flame off, cover with lid for a while and then pour in cups.

 

 

Tip-1: Quantity of water is more as it evaporates while boiling.

Tip-2: Never add tea in cold water as it may not release its colour.

Tip-3: Stir continuously while mixing & boiling.
