Ingredients:

Poppy Seeds (خشخاش): 300 Grams (or 2 Cups)
Sugar (چینی): 200 Grams (or 1 Cups)
Milk (دودھ): 2 Cups
Vanaspati (گھی): 200 Grams (or 1 Cup)
Cardamom (الائچی) Powder: 1/2 Tea Spoon
Almond (بادام) & Pistachio (پستہ): 5~6 Each (Fine cut)

Procedure:

1. Make a paste of soaked poppy seeds through blender.
2. Add water if required to make the paste smooth.
3. When ghee is melted add poppy seeds paste & cook on low to medium flame.
4. Now colour of the paste is changed & aroma is aroused add sugar & milk.
5. Cook further till sugar is melted and milk is dried.
6. When it is near to dried up position add cardamom powder & Dry fruits.
7. When batter become non sticky & surface is shiny, off the flame & dish out.
Tip-1: Blend with the soaked water & paste must be smooth.
Tip-2: Cook on low to medium flame throughout.
Tip-3: Keep on stirring while cooking it.
