Ingredients:

1. Garlic (گڑ): 250 Grams
2. Ginger (مونگ پھلی): 250 Grams
3. Cooking Oil (تیل): 1/2 Cup

Procedure:
*-***-*-*-***-*-*-*-*-*
1. Wash the ingredients and dry up on cloth to make it completely water free.
2. Pour some oil in blender and also some quantity of ginger & garlic.
3. Blend them well.
4. Repeat the process till the whole paste is prepared.
5. When done transfer the paste in suitable container for future use.
Tip-1: Never use even a minor wet spoon in the container.
Tip-2: Container should must be moist free to preserve the paste for longer period.
