Ingredients:

Whip cream: 200 ml (1 Cup)
Chocolate Ganache: 400 Grams (2 Cups)

1. Sponge for cake of 4 Eggs already made.
2. Whip cream (200 ml/1 Cup) is already prepared.
3. Chocolate Ganache (2 Cup) is already made to whip further with whip cream.
4. Beat at low speed till the colour is changed.
5. When colour is changed beat at fast speed.
6. Cut the sponge into equal halves.
7. Apply milk syrup on lower half thoroughly.
8. Fill cream in piping bag and apply randomly on it.
9. Make the surface even through icing knife.
10. Make filling of chocolate chips.
11. Place the second half on it, press to affix on it properly from all sides.
12. Apply milk syrup as of step-7.
13. Repeat Step-8 & 9 one by one.
14. Sprinkle chocolate pieces with the help of grater.
15. Make flowers on the top and sides of the cake.
16. Further to enhance the look add cherries on it.
