Ingredients:

1. Pop Corns (): 250 Grams (Hard)

2. Oil (): 2 Table Spoons

3. Turmeric () Powder: 1 Tea Spoon

4. Salt (): 1 Tea Spoon

Procedure:

1. Pour Oil, salt & turmeric in a pot, mix a little on medium flame.

 

2. When smell of turmeric is felt add pop corns, mix well on medium to high flame

 

3. When corns starts popping up cover the pot with lid.

 

4. When they stop popping up remove the lid carefully after a while.

5. First of all they are simply salted & with turmeric flavour.

6. Pour required quantity of popcorns in a bowl.

7. Sprinkle black pepper powder on it, cover it and shake well.

8. Popcorns of Black Pepper flavour are ready, transfer them in a serving bowl.

9. Repeat Step-6, sprinkle Chaaat Masalah & Shake well.

10. Popcorns of Chaat Masalah flavour are ready, transfer them in a serving bowl.

11. Repeat Step-6, sprinkle Paprika Powder & Shake well.

12. Popcorns of Paprika flavour are ready, transfer them in a serving bowl.
