Penne Macaroni is a very simple snacks recipe with full of nutrients and tastes. We hope that video of this recipe will be watched till end to get the full understanding and enjoyment of this dish. Let us have a look of its making/preparation or cooking in MHK’s own style. We are going to make it in simple, easy and quick way to add an interesting main course meal dish:


Ingredients:

Penne Macaroni (پینی میکرونی): 1 Packet (400 Grams)

Green Peas (مٹر): 1 Cup & Carrot (گاجر): 1/2 Cup

(Boiled and rinsed with cold water)

Onion (پیاز) : 1X (Medium Size & Cut fine)

Chicken Boneless (بغیر ہڈی کے چکن): 250 Grams (Cut in cubes)

Tomato Ketchup (ٹماٹر کیچ اپ): 1/2 Cup

(Hot Sauce or Chili Garlic Sauce can also be used in place of Ketchup)

Oil (تیل) : 3 Table Spoon

Soya Sauce(سویا ساس) : 2 Table Spoon

(Lemon juice can also be used in place of it)

Garlic (لہسن): 1 Table Spoon Grated

Black Pepper (کالی مرچ): 1/2 Tea Spoon

Chili Flakes (کٹی ہوئی لال مرچ) : 1/2 Tea Spoon


Procedure:

Step-1: Add Peas in boiled water and cook for 2~3 minutes, after that add carrots and cook for the same period and in last strain it through cold water.

Step-2: Now again add penne Macaroni, Salt & Oil in boiled water and cook for 6~8 minutes. In last strain it and pass cold water through it.

Step-3: Pour oil in cooking pot and when it became mild hot add garlic and cook till its colour is changed.

Step-4: Now add Onion and cook further on high flame so that its water could dry up and colour is changed as well.

Step-5: When colour of onion is changed add chicken and further cook on high flame till the change of its colour.

Step-6: When colour of chicken is changed, turn the flame to low add salt & Chili Flakes cook further for 2~3 minutes.

Step-7: After that add ketchup and soya sauce one by one, mix with thein the same way and steam cook for 5 minutes at medium flame.

Step-8: Now remove the lid and further cook for 2~3 minutes or till the water of the gravy is dried and it became thick.

Step-9: Now add boiled fresh peas and carrot cubes in the gravy, mix it well and in last add black pepper and mix a little.

Step-10: Add Penne Pasta in the gravy, turn the flame to low and mix thoroughly, steam cook for 2~3 minutes so that the mixture became blended and then dish it out.

 

Tip:

Black pepper should be cooked less so that its aroma and taste could be felt at maximum.
