Fruits are
natural resource of numerous health benefits and encompass a to z of human body
needs and requirements. As each fruit has its own properties and difficult to
explain qualities of each.
Fruit chaat is a
very simple recipe and here we are going to demonstrate in such a manner that
everyone could made it easily. It is made from very limited ingredients and of
course, as depicted from the name fruits are the key ingredients. Now let’s see
what the required ingredients are and how to make this simple, easy, quick and
delicious/tasty recipe in our kitchen at home.
Ingredients:-
1. Pomegranate (انار):
250 Grams (1/4 Kg)
2. Banana (کیلے):
6X (Cut in slices)
3. Guava (امرود):
3X (Cut in small cubes)
4. Apple (سیب):
3X (Cut in small cubes)
5. Grapes (انگور):
200 Grams
6. Raisins (کشمش):
2 Table Spoon (Optional)
7. Wall Nut (اخروٹ):
3~4 Table Spoon (Optional)
8. Mix Fruit Jam: 2 Table Spoon
9. Honey (شہد):
2 Table Spoon
10. Pink/Black Salt: 1/2 Tea Spoon
11. Chaat Spice (چاٹ مصالحہ) Powder: 1 Tea Spoon
12. Lemon Juice: 2 Table Spoon
13. Dates (کھجور):
5X (Cut in small pieces)
Procedure:-
Step-1: Pour Mix fruit jam in a bowl along with 3~4 Table Spoons
of hot water and mix well.
Step-2: When mixture becomes uniform add Lemon juice, Honey, Salt and
mix them also well.
Step-3: Now add the remaining Fresh
& Dry Fruits one by one and mix them also well.
Step-4: When all the ingredients are mixed well sprinkle Chart Spice
Powder on the whole and again mix it thoroughly.
Step-5: In last sprinkle some raisins, wall nuts and pomegranate
fruit to give refreshing & attractive look.
Tips:-
Tip-1: As the orange is not available, that is why jam is being
used to give a juicy and sweaty touch.
Tip-2: Honey is optional as it is used to give shine to the chart.
Tip-3: Alternate of Jam & Honey is simple Sugar Syrup.
Tip-4: Mix Fruit Chaat is best for Lunch box & snacks as
well...
