Sandwich is a
recipe that is made with different ingredients and in styles. Here we are showing
its making in very simple method with the combination of eggs and vegetables to
give energetic and fruitful taste. Now let’s see what the required ingredients

1. Bread Slices: 10X (Sandwich Bread)
2. Cucumber: 1X (Cut in small pieces)
3. Cauliflower: 1/2 of Medium Size (in
Julian cut)
4. Carrots: 2X (Grated)
5. Eggs: 6X (Hard Boiled)
6. Mayonnaise: 1/2 Cup
7. Tomato Ketchup: 1/2 Cup
8. Lemon Juice: 1 Table Spoon
9. Granulated/Caster Sugar: 1 Table

10. White/Black Pepper: 1 Tea Spoon
11. Salt: 1/2 Tea Spoon

Procedure
*-***-*-*-***-*-*-*-*-*
Step-1: Pour Mayonnaise, Lemon Juice,
Sugar, Pepper, Salt, Ketchup (2~3) Table Spoon and mix them well through hand
whisk.
Step-2: After that add vegetables one
by one and mix them also well.
Step-3: When it is done add grated
eggs and mix gently to preserve the freshness and aroma of eggs.
Step-4: Now come to assembling, place
the bread pieces on board and
apply ketchup & batter gently on each & join them together.
Step-5: Cut the edges (optional) &
wrap them if want to preserve for 2~3 days or can serve as they are ready to
eat.
An Instant Recipe: Mix Mayonnaise with
leftover of ketchup and mix well & MayoChup is ready to serve with
sandwiches.
Tip-1: At this stage
its taste can be checked however it's should be a little sharp so that it may
become balance when added with bread.
