Cake Frosting With Butter Cream Idea#1

 
 

Icing or Frosting cake with different colour and designs is a choice of user however in simple way frosting of cake with butter cream is being told in this video.

Procedure:-

Step-2: Cut the cake into two equal halves; apply sugar/honey syrup (made by mixing of honey/sugar in hot water) on both side of the cake to soften it.

Step-3: Now place the cake board on turn table and further place the sponge on the cake board. Apply whipped cream and level it with icing knife.

Step-4: Place the second half of the cake on the first one, apply sugar/honey syrup and whipped cream, level it and keep in refrigerator for half an hour.

Step-5: Now to decorate the cake, cream may be coloured with any desired colour, fill the cake icing gun & decorate the cake with design/colour of your choice.

 

Tips & Techniques:-

Technique-1: If one does not have turn table at home then available pot can be utilized in this way.

Tip-1: Don't dip the icing knife in main cream pot as the cake crumbs would be mixed in the cream which may affect its finishing/look.
