Ingredients:

1. Sugar (چینی): 1/2 Cup (100 Grams)
2. Liquid Glucose (مائع گلوکوز): 150 Grams
3. Corn Flour (کارن فلور): 3 Table Spoons
4. Water (پانی): 1/2 Cup
5. Orange Colour (مالٹائی رنگ): 1 Pinch
6. Lemonade (لیموں کا رس): 1 Tea Spoon

Procedure:

1. Add water in corn flour and mix well.
2. Pour orange juice & sugar in pan, cook on medium flame till sugar is dissolved.
3. Add liquid glucose and cook on low to medium flame further.
4. Add orange colour and mix in the liquid well for a while.
5. After a while add corn flour mixture and mix it as well.
6. After one boil off the flame and let it to cool while stirring it continuously.
7. When become cool strain it to purify it from impurities as a precaution.
8. Add lemonade and mix well to enhance the taste.
Tip-1: If liquid glucose is not available then add sugar of same quantity.
Tip-2: Stir continuously to avoid lumps in batter.
Tip-3: When stream of batter is thick & reasonably reduced means it is ready.
