Orange ice-cream recipe

Ingredients:

1. Orange (مالٹے): 12X

2. Orange Juice (مالٹے کا رس): 3 Cups

3. Sugar (چینی): 1/2 Cups

6. Whip Cream (وپ کریم): 2 Cups

Procedure:

1. Get the Juice of Orange by cutting in halves & squeezing them.

 

2. Strain the whole juice to purify from seeds & hard pulp etc.

 

3. Cook juice & sugar for 2~3 boils and they are blended well.

 

4. After boil cook further for 5 minutes (almost) for thick consistency.

 

5. Pour the juice in molds for stick ice cream.

 

6. Cover with lid & keep in freezer for 8 hours/overnight (almost).

 

7. To make scoop ice cream pour whip cream in the bowl.

 

8. Beat the cream initially at low speed, later at high speed.

 

9. When become slightly thick add prepared orange juice & mix well.

 

10. Now add Orange essence & colour (optional) to enhance taste & look.

 

11. After mixing well pour the batter in suitable container, tap it.

 

12. Make to air tight and keep in freezer overnight.

 

13. Place stick ice cream for a while in tap water to take them out.

 

14. Remove the foil (any lid) and make scoops of tasty ice cream.

 

15. Serve Scoop ice cream with wafers and crushed orange candies.

 

16. Same as serve the stick ice cream with your own choice.
