Raisha daar Chicken curry

Let us have a look of its making/preparation or cooking in MHK’s own style. We are going to make it in simple, easy and quick way to add an interesting main course meal dish:

Ingredients:

Chicken Boneless (چکن بغیر ہڈی): 1/2 Kg (500 Grams) (Boiled and make in fiber form)

Onion (پیاز): 5X (Medium size & cut fine)

Tomatoes (ٹماٹر): 5X (Medium Size, Fine Cut)

Oil (تیل): 1/2 Cup

Yogurt: 1/2 Cup (125 Grams) (Well beated)

Garlic (لہسن) + Ginger (ادرک) Paste: 2 Table Spoon

Red Chili (سرخ مرچ) Powder: 1 Tea Spoon

Chili Flakes (کٹی ہوئی لال مرچ): 1 Tea Spoon

Turmeric (ہلدی) Powder: 1/2 Tea Spoon

Mix Spice (گرم مصالحہ) Powder: 1 Tea Spoon

Salt (نمک): 1 Tea Spoon (or as per taste)

Coriander (دھنیا) Powder: 2 Tea Spoon

Green Chili (سبز مرچ): 4~5X (Fine cut)

Green Coriander (سبز دھنیا): 1/2 Cup

Procedure:

1. For batter of eggs’ omelette, add salt & chili in eggs & mix well.

2. Pour oil in cooking pot, add eggs' batter & steam cook for 1 minute.

3. Remove the lid, change the sides, break down in small pieces & take it out.

4. Pour remaining oil, add onions and fry on medium flame till it get translucent.

5. Add ginger+garlic paste and fry till smell of garlic is felt.

6. Now add spices along with chicken stock & fry further on medium flame.

7. When smell of spices is felt add tomatoes, mix well & steam cook for 2~3 minutes.

8. Now remove the lid, tomatoes are tendered and fry a little further.

9. Add yogurt and cook further on medium to high flame.

10. When oil become visible, stir a little, add chicken and cook further a little.

11. After 2~3 minutes add omelette pieces and fry further for same time.

12. To make thin gravy add chicken stock and mix well.

13. Add green chili and coriander and mix well.

14. In last add spice powder, ginger (Julian cut) & green coriander.

15. Last cover with lid, steam cook for 2 minutes and then serve accordingly.

Tip-1: Onion & Tomatoes are key ingredients besides chicken & eggs and be used in main gravy.

Tip-2: Stir continuously after adding yogurt.
