Peanut fry

 

Peanut roasting (بھنی ہوئی مونگ پھلی) is a healthy, economical, homemade snack recipe and very useful in winter season. Here #MHK is going to display its procedure in such a manner that everyone could prepare it easily and use it in routine life. Now let’s see what the required ingredients are and how to make this simple, easy, quick and delicious/tasty recipe in our kitchen at home.

Ingredients:

1. Peanut (Without shell) (مونگ پھلی بغئر چھلکا): 250 Gra

2. Peanut (With shell) (مونگ پھلی چھلکے کے ساتھ): 250 Grams

3. Salt (نمک): Suitable Quantity

Procedure:

*-***-*-*-***-*-*-*-*-*

1. Transfer 1.5 table spoon of salt in boiled water & mix well.

2. Add peanuts without shell in it, soaked for 5 minutes & strained them.

3. Spread peanuts on neat cloth and let them to partially dry.

4. Transfer salt in the old pan and let it hot on medium flame for a short while.

5. After 5 minutes add peanuts (without shell) & roast while stirring regularly.

6. When peanuts become dry, aroma is felt, strained them & take them out.

7. Now repeat the same process for peanuts (with shell) in same hot salt.

8. Mash the peanuts with hands and remove the pink peel.

9. Now either strained them through a strainer.

10. Or spread in a large pan and separate apart by shaking it.
