Step-1: For cake frosting/icing take 500 ml whip cream and whip it thoroughly until and unless its peaks are stiffed.
Step-2: Pour gradually chocolate ganache in the prepared whip cream & mix well to give taste & colour to the cake frosting or icing & keep in refrigerator for 10~15 minutes for further process.
Step-3: Cut the sponge into two halves, apply cool sugar syrup (Half Cup of hot milk +2 table spoon Sugar) on the top of lower half.
Step-4: Apply whip cream on it and make the surface even through spatula.
Step-5: To add flavor place chocolate beans on the cream randomly.
Step-6: Now place the second half on it and repeat step-4&5.
Step-7: Pour some cream in icing gun and make design of your choice on the cake.
Step-8: Place some chocolate sprinkles in liked design for taste.
Step-9: This is chilled ganache and ready to use in piping form.
Step-10: In piping gun pour dark chocolate ganache and make further design of your choice.
