Pomegranate Juice

 

Pomegranate Juice is a very popular juice of the season and serve at bars, hotels and restaurants at large with higher cost. It is a very simple recipe and here we are going to display it in such a manner that everyone could made it easily. It is made from very limited ingredients and of course, as depicted from the name Pomegranate is the key ingredient.

Pomegranate contains two main compounds – punicalagin and punicic acid which give all the effective benefits. These compounds are natural and rich source of vitamins (especially A, C & E), folic acid, iron, potassium, which constitutes anti-tumor, anti-oxidant and anti-viral properties. Its nutrients are very useful for human body in numerous way as some of them are as under:-

2. Water: 1/2 Glass

3. Sugar: 2 Table Spoon (As per taste)

4. Pink Salt: 1/2 Tea Spoon

Procedure

Step-1: Pour All ingredients one by one in the juicer jug.

Step-2: Now blend all these ingredients until the juice seems ready.

Step-3: Strain the ready liquid to purify it from the seed & other unnecessary extracts.
