Chicken Vegetable Rice | Egg Fried Rice | Chinese Rice | Chicken Fried Rice Restaurant Style | MHK

 

It is a very simple recipe with full of nutrients and tastes as It is a combination of Chicken, some vegetables and eggs. Let us have a look of its making/preparation or cooking in MHK’s own style. We are going to make it in simple, easy and quick way to add an interesting main course meal dish:


Ingredients:

Basmati Rice (باسمتی چاول): 1 Kg

Chicken Boneless (بغیر ہڈی کے چکن): 1/2 Kg (Cut in thin slices)

Carrots (گاجر): 3 X (Medium size in Julian cutting)

Capsicum (شملہ مرچ): 3 X (Medium size in Julian cutting)

Eggs (انڈے): 4X

Cabbage (بند گوبھی): 250 Grams (In Julian cutting)


Spring Onion (ہرا پیاز): White Part: 4 Table Spoon - Green Part: 4 Table Spoon


Oil (تیل) : 1/2 Cup

Soya Sauce (سویا ساس): 4 Table Spoon

White Vinegar (سفید سرکہ): 4 Table Spoon

Garlic (لہسن): 4 Table Spoon (Cut in fine pieces)

 

White Pepper (سفید مرچ): 1 Tea Spoon Each

Black Pepper (کالی مرچ): 1 Tea Spoon

Salt (نمک): 1 Tea Spoon

Yellow Food Colour (پیلا رنگ): 1 Pinch

 

Procedure:

Step-1: Rice are washed and rinsed and pour in boiled water. Further add 4 tea spoon of salt, 2 table spoon of oil, mix them and let them boiled to very near of cooked stage...

Step-2: After 5~8 minutes when rice are very near to cook stage add 2 table spoon vinegar, stir a while, strain them and spread them in a wider pot.

Step-3: While rice are being boiled let's make a batter of eggs’ omelette. Pour eggs in a pot, add optional yellow food colour and 1/2 tea spoon of salt and mix well.

Step-4: Place pot on low to medium flame, pour quarter of oil in it & when it became hot add garlic and fry a little.


Step-5: Add boneless chicken and remaining amount of salt and further fry it on medium to high flame till its colour turn into white.

Step-6: Steam cook for 2~3 minutes so that meat become tendered and further cook in its own water till it is dried.

Step-7: Almost after two minutes remove the lid and cook/stir a while till its water is almost dried.

Step-8: Add white part of spring onion, carrots, capsicum and cabbage and mix well, fry at high flame for almost two minutes.

Step-9: Now place the vegetable at a side and pour oil and mixture of eggs, cook it, cut in small pieces with spatula and finally mix it with vegetable.

Step-10: Add black pepper, white salt, soya sauce and white vinegar mix well and cook further for 2~3 minutes.

Step-11: Add boiled rice gradually and mix them well, further add green part of spring onion & mix again. Finally steam cook for 2~3 minutes.

 

Tips:-

Tip-1: Never steam cook the vegetables as it may spoil the crispiness of them.

Tip-2: At this stage (Step-10) salt & Chili can be checked for the required taste however at this stage salt should be in access then normal.

Tip-3: At this stage (Step-11) it is steam cook just to turn the rice again hot and all the ingredients mix with each other thoroughly.
