It is a very useful breakfast recipe and very simple, easy and quick way to make it. Probably it's the best way to utilize the flour who got yeast by itself. It was prepared as simple as one make chappati but in an interesting way. Its taste is also delicious rather yummy and very popular among all age groups.

Ingredients for Making of SARRAY/KHAMIRI PUREE:

1. Yeast Flour: As per requirement

2. Oil: 750 Grams

Procedure for Making of SARRAY/KHAMIRI PUREE:

Step-1: Make small crumb of yeasted flour and then make its chappati (چپاتی) in pure (پوری) style.

Step-2: In parallel oil is placed in pan on stove at low flame.

Step-3: Now dip these chappatis one by one in oil and cook/fry it thoroughly.

Step-4: Here it is ready to serve. We can serve it with honey, or any suitable item which is liked.
