MANGO SANDWICH & SCOOP
ICE CREAM
Mango is known as king of fruits as it is very much popular around the world and almost people of each age group love to eat it or to enjoy it with different combination, styles and tastes. Mangoes facilitate the digestion system and enhance healthy gut. They also maximize immunity level, minimize cholesterol, clears skin, better eye sight and aids in weight loss as well.
Mango Ice Cream is a very simple and quick but refreshing and energetic summer recipe made with all natural ingredients. Its preparation in two different styles one is Sandwich & second one is scoop is very simple. Here we are going to learn it in such a manner that everyone could made it easily. It is made from very limited ingredients and of course, as depicted from the name MANGO is the key ingredient.
Now let see what the required ingredients are and how to make this simple, easy, quick and delicious/tasty recipe in our kitchen at home.
Ingredients of Mango Sandwich & Scoop Ice Cream
1. Mango: 3 Medium Size (Cut in cubes)
2. Fresh Cream: 400 ml (02 packets)
3. Condensed Milk: 250 ml (1 Cup/Tin)
4. Sliced Biscuits: As per Requirement
5. Fresh Milk: 1/2 Cup
Procedure for Making of Mango Sandwich & Scoop Ice Cream
Step-1: Make a puree of mango by blending of mango cubes in juicer blender.
Step-2: Strained that puree to get rid of mango thready particles.
Step-3: In this step we beat the fresh cream, then add condensed milk and last add mango puree and mix all of them well
Step-4: Dip the sliced biscuits from both side and placed from back side one by on in suitable container
Step-5: Pour ice cream batter on these biscuits with suitable thickness
Step-6: Now repeat Step-4 again but now place the front side of biscuits on said puree
Step-7: Wrap up the container air tight with plastic sheet
Step-8: Pour the remaining batter in another container and cover it in the same way.
Step-9: Place both containers in freezer over night to be freeze.
Step-10: After overnight take out that container cut the sandwich carefully and make the scoops accordingly and serve to nears and dears.
Tips for Batter Mango Sandwich & Scoop Ice Cream:
1. Use of condensed milk reduced the chances of crystals in ice cream.
2. Keep the container air tight also reduced the chances of ice cream crystals.
3. Use of metal container is recommended for ice cream freezing as it get cold rapidly.
