Homemade Mixed Fruit Jam:
Jam is a very popular breakfast item across the globe and liked by almost every age group. It is believed that jam is being used for more then 2000 years (approximately) in different style and varieties.
Here we are going to learn that mixed fruit jam is a very simple and quick recipe which can be very easily made at home. We are sure that this video will be very much helpful for all those who are interested in making of it or who are conscious about health as it is made from original fruits without using any artificial ingredient or preservatives. As we know that fruits are full of vitamins and other nutrients therefore using them in different style makes acceptable for even those who do not like it.

Ingredients for Homemade Mixed Fruit Jam:
1. Mango+Apple+Peach: 1.5 Kg
2. Sugar: 750 Grams
3. Lemon Juice: 2~3 Tea Spoon
Procedure for Making of Homemade Mixed Fruit Jam:
Step-1: Make a puree of all three fruits in a blender. Here it is to mention that it is not necessary to use the fruits as mentioned above rather it is of your choice.
Step-2: Strain the puree through a strainer to purify it from seeds pieces or others impurities.
Step-3: Pore in a pan along with a sugar at low to medium flame and stir it from time to time for 15~20 minutes.
Step-4: Add a pinch of salt as well during this activity.
Step-5: When pure becomes a little thick and shiny it means water is dried up to a reasonable level. Now add lemon juice in it.
Step-6: Now to check that either the jam is ready or not pore a spoon of it on a plate and hold it vertically. If it does not move or fall it means the jam is ready.
Step-7: Now off the flame and let it to be normalize. When it's temperature become normal save it in a suitable container for future use.
